    Hi Taryn, I’m trying to sublease my half of a 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhouse in Ash Tree (Madison & Preston Ave). My roommate is a nurse at the UVA hospital and has a dog-friendly cat named Nemo. I’m hoping to move ASAP as I’ve changed jobs, so if interested please let me know at 615-879-7647! Happy to send pics or just talk more about living in the space 🙂
