The MadHouse
The MadHouse is our 6,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that is available to most of our residents. The fitness center features a variety of cardio and strength training equipment and is open daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm. Upstairs, the clubhouse features a game room with ping-pong, Foosball, billiards, and an Xbox One, as well as a lounge, and study area with private rooms with computers and printers.

What are the MSC Leasing Office hours?
Office hours at the MadHouse Leasing Office are:
Monday-Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm (September-May)
Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (June-August)
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED (September-May)
Sunday: 11:00am – 2:00pm (June-August)
How do I get to the MSC Leasing Office?

When do you start leasing?
We typically begin leasing October 1st. This date can change from year to year, and some apartment communities are fully leased on the first day of leasing, so please call the office to confirm: (434) 227-4135.
How can I sublease my apartment?
You can post your opening or find a sublessor on our roommate connection forum. All sublessors must complete an MSC application and qualify under MSC criteria. The sublease will not be considered complete until all parties have signed the addendum. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What if I need to get out of my lease?
We have several options for you to exit your lease. Please contact a Marketing Associate for more information.
