Parking passes will be leased on a first-come-first-served basis. Once all spaces have been purchased, no further requests will be accepted.


If you are currently leasing a parking space, your parking sticker will terminate on the expiration date of your lease. If you have renewed your apartment lease for next year, you must REAPPLY in order to obtain a new parking sticker for the renewal term.


Please note, requests for parking must be completed online. We cannot accept walk-in, phone, or written requests.

No more driving around the parking lot looking for spaces – reserve a space right in front of your apartment door!

  • Payment due monthly
