  I will be moving to Charlottesville in December/January and am looking for a roommate to help keep costs a little more manageable. I am in graduate school full-time, have a dog, and enjoy spending time outside. Linked is the property I am interested in – I am also open to subletting from someone!

  Hi Taryn, I’m trying to sublease my half of a 2-bed, 1.5-bath townhouse in Ash Tree (Madison & Preston Ave). My roommate is a nurse at the UVA hospital and has a dog-friendly cat named Nemo.
