This place has a washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher included. There is gas heat and A/C. Additionally, these townhomes have a beautiful backyard patio with an enclosed fence. All pets welcome!

MSC (the rental company) allows access to a pool, tanning bed, gym, printing and work station, a dog park, and more, merely steps outside of the apartment. Washington Park is additionally within walking distance. The bus stop is directly outside my door, where the Orange Line, CAT, and Hospital nursing shuttle all stop. Additionally, UVA hospital and grounds is about a 15 minute walk!

Utilities average around $100 total, paid separately from base rent. Base Rent is 1400 a month. I will require you to pay the lease takeover fees, which is half a month rent, and prorate October rent with me. Otherwise, no security deposit needed.
