Partially Remodeled Townhouse Description: Cambridge Square’s partially-remodeled two-bedroom split-level townhomes have one full bathroom on the second floor as well as a guest bathroom on the first floor. Each townhome includes a remodeled fully equipped kitchen as well as a private, enclosed outdoor patio space, which is great for entertaining guests. Both of the bedrooms in the home are located on the second floor, and they are very similar in size.  Each bedroom features a private closet and a large window.  Residents of the partially-remodeled townhomes enjoy all of the updates that a fully remodeled townhome has with the exception of a washer & dryer– it’s also more budget-friendly!  For those townhomes that do not include a washer & dryer, the community offers a large private laundry facility that is conveniently located steps from your home.  Water/Sewer, trash, and gas (for hot water, heat & cooking) all included in a reasonable utility.  *All apartments are leased by the full apartment and are not leased by the bedroom.

Parking Policy: Cambridge Square provides ample parking for residents within the community, and guest parking is available as well.  Residents can purchase a Cambridge Square parking sticker for an annual one-time $50 fee.
