Property Specific Information

By submitting this registration form you are entering into a legally binding contract. This permit will run concurrent to your apartment lease. This means you will be responsible for parking rent starting on your lease commencement date and ending at the termination of your current lease term.

Remember your lease contract already includes one or two parking spaces (see below).

There are 12 parking spaces available for $100/month.

• Efficiencies, 1BRs, and 2BR/1BA apartments include 1 space
• 2BR/2BA, 3BR, & 4BR apartments include 2 spaces

Only submit a request if you need an ADDITIONAL parking space.
