I’m subleasing my room in a 3bed/3.5bath house on JPA close to campus. The room is available from about May 12 – July 31 with the option to sign a lease for the following year. You would have your own private room and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk and chair, and dresser. The house is relatively new with all wood floors, full sized kitchen, washer and dryer, and open garage. You would have your own spot in the garage as well. You would be living with 2 laid-back male graduate students. The bus stop is right across the street. The house is very close to campus (E-school, Stadium, AFC). Thanks for looking.
