  I am looking for a female roommate to sublet 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment from June 1st to June 30th. The apartment is at Oxford Hills and rent is $460 a month (utilities included). I am willing to pay for internet and electric. You will have your own fully furninshed room and the entire apartment is furnished as well. There is off street parking and the apartment is close to 2 UTS bus stops. Please let me know if you are interested! Pictures available upon request.

  Is your start date flexible at all? I just accepted a longterm substitute position in Albemarle County and I am looking for a place available as soon as possible through June 30th, but definitely need a place May 13th-June 11th. Is the earlier start date at all possible?

  My start date is flexible. Right now the earliest start date for the sublet would be May 24th. Let me know if that works for you.

  Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me because I have to get into a place to start a longterm subbing position, but thank you for getting back to me so quickly!
