– Dates: room is available from early July until late December, but shorter sublets could be possible
– Rent is $550/month, utilities and internet included (negotiable)
– Furnished, spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet.
– Fully furnished living room/dining area, bathroom, and kitchen.
– Amenities include a swimming pool, 24/7 laundry unit, and gym.
– Has CAT and UTS bus stops in front and right across from the apartment.
– 10 min walk to the corner and 15 min walk to the downtown mall.

Also, my housemate has a cat.
