I am a graduating fourth year who will be subleasing a room at Preston Square for the summer. The person subleasing can move in as early as June 01st and can stay until August. I can leave my furniture to be used and also rent is quite cheap (I’m willing to negotiate the price). The apartment is right next to the bus stop so you can access the inner and outer loop to go to grounds and the hospital depending whatever you will be doing this summer.

I’m glad to get you message of interest! My apartment is 2 bedroom but only one bedroom will be available since my roommates will be here for the summer. The rent for the apartment if 464 and then you have to pay for utilities on top of that but I am willing to negotiate the price based on your funds.
