  When: May 1st-July 28th (flexible)
  
  Where: 2 Bedroom at Cambridge Square Apartments, 828 Cabell Ave
  
  Rent: $585/month + utilities (ranges from $50-80 depending on weather)…. willing to negotiate if reasonable
  FREE PARKING! Gym pass only $5 and access to the pool! Right next to the bus stop.
  
  Details: Currently living with a 21 year old female nurse at UVA. She has a 3 year old lab mix dog. She and her dog may be potentially moving in May (waiting to hear back about admission to an out of state school), may have someone sublease her room as well, or you may just have the house to yourself! (Will know this detail soon).

  Please if the roommate dosent stay will the sublease be responsible for the entire rent?

    No. The roommate is responsible for her half of the rent or finding another person to sublease.
