I am from UVA, looking for a quiet, clean, responsible roommate with a good credit for sublease of 2 bedroom 1½ bath townhouse available immediately. (no smokers, and no pets please). the lease ends on June 16th 2015.

It is a great location and was recently renovated, so it still looks great! fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, and a nice fenced in (unfurnished) patio in the back. There’s a fair amount of storage space in the common areas, and you also have a BIG closet in your room.
The apartment is located on Cabell/Madison Avenue, in the Cambridge Square apartment complex, right across from the Mad/Preston bus stop. The stop services Inner Loop and Outer Loop and it only takes about 10 minutes on the bus to get to Gilmer Hall and to the UVA Hospital (10 minutes walking to get to the Corner, ~20 to Downtown). Parking and trash are included – each one gets a parking spot, and there are spots right outside our door. The living complex has a pool (2 minutes away), a gym, a study room, and other amenities.
