  We currently have a lease at ash tree townhomes through July 2022 that we are looking to sublease. It’s a pet friendly unit and the dog park is just behind us. Monthly rent is $1550. $27 extra each month for pets (up to 2). The upfront fees are already taken care of. Only a few blocks from UVA. Please contact me if you’re interesting in learning more.
