Hello! I am looking to sublet my apartment for the coming Spring 2017 semester. The apartment is at 415 Brandon, apt 1. It houses two people, and you will be living with a female 4th year (senior) BME student. The location is very convenient for any positions affiliated with the University of Virginia, in particular for those working at or near the hospital.

You would be living in the larger of the two rooms and you are free to use my bed and desk or bring in your own. Rent is around $550/month, not including wifi and electricity. We use an xfinifty hotspot so we don’t pay for wifi. There is a utility fee included in rent that pays for other utilities. There is central heating and AC units in each room.

There is parking available and university transit bus stops as well as Charlottesville area transport bus stops right outside the apartment. There is a laundry room right outside the back door, less than a minute walk.
