Hi! I’m looking for hosuemate(s) who’s interested in moving into the preston square apartment for 2017-2018 academic year! The lease begins in June 14, 2017.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and two of the single rooms are available. Each room has its own bathroom! Rent is $650 per bedroom, and utilities will be around $100 per person. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, a/c, fireplace, and disposal are included. They are hardwood floors with carpet in bedrooms.
It’s on Preston Avenue; parking is available off-streets for free, and the bus stop is right in front, both UTS and CAT buses stopping.
My roommate and I are both second years and we will be sharing the room upstairs. We’re both neat and respectful, and we love dogs! We’re hoping to find housemate(s) who’s also clean.
