I’m looking for someone to take the second room in my 2 bedroom Ash Tree Apartment ASAP. Only requirements are that you are (1) clean, and (2) okay with my small, house-broken dog. Someone who remembers to lock doors when leaving the crib empty for extended period of times would also be cool (I won’t go into that…). I am a 21 year old female, recent UVA grad.

Rent: $550/month (This is already reduced, but somewhat negotiable).
Utilities: Cost will be based on use and will be split equally; I’m fairly conservative with water and energy use and would appreciate someone who is at least somewhat similarly conscientious.
