  Due to some health problems I had to take a semester off and will graduate in December. Therefore I need a place to stay in Fall 2016.
  
  The max I could spend is 700, including utilities. I am really hoping for less than that. I do not have a pet, but it is fine if there is one in the apartment. I am quite quiet and will spend most of my time studying or watching netflix.

  I have 2 rooms to sublet in a 3BR/2BA w/parking at 516 Brandon Avenue. Each room rents for $433 + utilities. Water, trash, internet already included.
  It is the best location, literally just steps to UVA Hospital/Med school/Nursing/Commerce/Corner!
  MSC will want you to sign an annual lease so you would have to find a replacement for the Spring semester, but it should be easy as Brandon Ave apts are very popular with rotating Med school and nursing students due to its proximity to UVA Hospital.

  If needed some furniture to be use for your apartment, I suggest that you get one that is portable and light, just like made of teak wood furniture. Best to this is, it is made of teak wood furniture, you can check the sample at http://www.javateakoutdoorfurniture.com/.
