Seeking female roommate to take over sublease in a 2-bedroom townhouse (Spring/Summer 2021 – June 2022).

My current roommate (a nurse at the hospital) of a few years just bought a house so we are searching for someone to take over her portion of the lease in Cambridge Square Apartments. This 2-bedroom townhouse is furnished except the bedroom. The earliest start date of the lease is April 2021 (negotiable to start later in the spring/summer) and ends June 2022. Rent is $715 a month (not including utilities). This perfect location is ideal for those studying at the School of Education, Medical School, or other graduate programs at UVA as well as working professionals as it is less than a mile from UVA and located across the street from the bus line. I’ve lived here for the last 4 years with my 11-year old bulldog Peekaboo (who sleeps most of the day) and really enjoy this quiet and safe neighborhood. I am a graduate of JMU (c/o 2015) and William and Mary (c/o 2017) and am studying part time at the School of Education (c/o 2022) while working full time at the McIntire School of Commerce. I’m currently working from home due to the pandemic but typically travel to DC on the weekends once a month for work. I do not smoke and will occasionally go out for a drink with friends.
