Hello, my name is Dasmen Richards and I will be a rising third year in the fall. My roommate is moving out and I have decided to stay! I need someone to take over her lease in August 2016. I live in Preston Square Apartments, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. We have split rent based on room size, she has the bigger room (but I am moving into that one). Rent is around $600 per month, and utilities are around $50 per month, and our internet bill is around $19 per month per person! Also, we have not purchased any furniture since she already knew that she was going to move out after this year, so anyone who is willing to purchase/ bring furniture that will be wonderful. P.S.
