  Hey all:
  
  My name is Shuo and I am currently a medical student at UVA. I signed a lease at Cambridge Square Townhouse 2 bed 1 1/2 bath. The lease starts on 6/25/2017 and ends on 6/17/2018. The unit is remodeled and looks really nice. 🙂 Monthly rent is 600 /month. I am generally pretty laid back and quiet. You can email at [email protected] if you have more questions. 🙂

  Just to clarify, if you are interested in a lease takeover, it would be for the entire townhouse.
