Seeking a female roommate to take over my lease that ends in June of 2023. Ideally she should be mature, professional, NO DRAMA, clean and easy to get along with. No wild partying, excessive drinking or illicit drug use allowed!! Cottage has a dachsund and cat at this time. Must like outdoor and rustic living. We have WiFi. The new tenant would have their own bedroom with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen space. Washer/dryer use is included in the lease.
