I am looking to sublet my room for the spring semester.

You would have a private master bedroom and master bathroom on a third floor three-bedroom apartment in Ashtree Apartments. Two other female housemates would live in separate rooms, and are both medical students.

3 minute walk to Inner and Outer Loop bus lines, 15 minute walk to medical school and 4/7 bus lines

Rent is 600 per month (negotiable) not including utilities/internet which run from 40-70 dollars a month, 70 in the hottest part of the summer. The lease would be either from January-July 2016, or optionally January-July 2017, it’s up to you! Message if interested!
