The location is great– on cabell ave a mere 2 minute walk from the inner and outer loops and a 10 minute walk to the corner. Parking has streetside parking a well as a rotating assigned parking lot.

The room is the master bedroom and includes a private master bathroom. The apartment includes a fully furnished living room/kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. The facility also includes access to a swimming pool and gymnasium. The room is on the third floor in the ashtree apartment complex and has a balcony– the room actually has direct balcony access. You would be living with two other female medical students at UVA. They are both great people, and I’ve known them for a year and half but am headed off to do research for a year. Ideally, we are looking for another woman, ideally another graduate student/medical student/nursing student, etc. Negotiably, the room could also come furnished.

Rent is 640 a month, and December is paid for. I would pay for any lease changes! The current lease lasts until June 2016, and I resigned for another year so there is also an option to sign until June 2017. Move in and out dates are flexible– I can move out as early as you need.
