  I have a room in 2BR on 2nd floor at Preston Square and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. My roommate is a female graduate student in Psychology at UVA. The rent is 730 ( for the larger bedroom) + utilities and the lease will start in June 30th. If you’re interested in, please let me know.
