I’m looking to find a roommate for the 2br, 1.5ba apartment I rent at Ash Tree Apartments. I’ve really enjoyed the place over the last year–it’s on the top floor of the building and includes off-street parking, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, gas stove, fireplace, gym and pool access, plenty of storage, and a patio overlooking the neighborhood. Monthly rent is $625 plus utilities, and the lease runs June 15 through June 14, 2018 (with option to renew).

I’m a graduate student in the English department and a pretty low-key person. I travel fairly often, so you’d have the place to yourself not infrequently.
