We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Preston Square. It is a sunny and open apartment, but we are no longer in the market for an apartment.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the middle floor. The apartment has wood floors, a fire place, is fully remodeled and upgraded, carpeted bedrooms, laundry in suite, and good closet space. Ten minute walk to UVa grounds or available buses.

Rent includes 24 hour maintenance, pool access, parking, and access to the MSC “Madhouse,” which has a study room, gym, and tanning bed.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Pets are ok with additional fee.
