I am searching for someone (or a pair of people) to take over my lease at Preston Square Apartments. Both my housemate and I are moving out.

The rent is $1425 per month (without utilities) and the unit has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer on site.

If you agree to the lease takeover, there is also an option to sublet starting anytime in July. I will also gladly sell some of my furniture at a steeply discounted price.
