Base rent is $725.50. I have a two-bedroom apartment at Preston Square. I need 1 or 2 roommates to take over the lease from my current roommates. You will get the bigger bedroom, with space for two beds, and en-suite bathroom. Apartment’s shared spaces are furnished, available bedroom is not. Apartment comes with kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Already have wifi and some cable. There’s a pool nearby and the MadHouse has a gym. 2-min walk to bus stop, 10ish-minute bus ride to Grounds. I’m really chill and you can have overnight guests and whatnot idc (I have a girlfriend who sometimes spends the night). Just no parties without asking/notifying me first. My biggest thing is I need dishes to be cleaned on-time and cleaned well (currently having some issues with that), and I’d appreciate it if you would help clean the shared spaces too.
