It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, however my roommate will not be in Charlottesville over the summer so her room will be empty and you will have the bathroom to yourself. The building is great, 3 min walk to bus stop, 5 min walk to Architecture school/Mad Bowl, 12 min walk to grounds. Laundry is in the building and there’s an elevator.

Yes. Water, gas, and trash are included. The only thing not included is electricity.

Hi! Yes there is a sublet fee of $250 and an application fee of $45 that both go to the management company. Feel free to take until the weekend, however there are others interested so I cannot guarantee that it will still be available.
