  Hey guys, I’m a rising 4th year graduating in December and i’m looking to sublease a place here for the fall semester. If you have anything available let me know, my only preferences are my own room and a budget of around ~700/725 with utilities. Thanks!

  I have a two-bedroom place in Ash Tree Townhomes, with a bedroom that’s almost never been used (I put a cheap mattress in there so that I could occasionally host guests during holidays). I’ve posted to some other places online for $600/month (plus utilities). I pay someone to do basic cleaning once a month, and am happy to continue doing that. I have a cat. there’s a small back patio/yard, and a fireplace. [email protected]
