I have a two-bedroom place in Ash Tree Townhomes, with a bedroom that’s almost never been used (I put a cheap mattress in there so that I could occasionally host guests during holidays). I’ve posted to some other places online for $600/month (plus utilities). I pay someone to do basic cleaning once a month, and am happy to continue doing that.
