  My name is April Johnson and I am looking for someone to take over my lease on May 16th at the earliest, or June 1st at the latest. I am starting a new job and absolutely HAVE to move. The rent is $450, which includes the utility fee for having an in-home washer/dryer (plus electricity, which averages around $60 and cable/internet). I am a UVA student and so is the other tenant. I can send pictures if you’re interested!
