I am subletting my 1 bedroom in a 2Bed/1Bath apartment at 611 Rugby Road (Rugby McIntyre). The apartment is a 8 minute walk from the Rotunda, 10 minute walk to the Corner, and 10-15 minute walk to most classes. The complex includes: 24 hour maintenance, yard maintenance, club house, health/fitness facility, parking, laundry facility and a swimming pool. The bedroom is a generous size with large floor to ceiling closets, and can fit a queen bed with night stand, dresser, and chair. The bedroom also has large south-facing windows, which keeps the room very bright and cheerful.
