Hey I am a second year, currently in a lease with 3 other rising second year guys, but I recently decided that I want to live elsewhere next year. I’m looking for someone to takeover my part of the lease for Apartment #1 in the Wertland Apartments complex–it’s the largest apartment in the complex in terms of square footage, and we got a great deal at $626 per month (taking over my lease would mean you get this same deal). So it’s crazy cheap and all the guys are great, they’re pretty clean, not loud at all, and it would be smoking optional.
