  Hi! I’m looking for someone (preferably a girl) to sublet my room at Wellington Crt on John st, from now to August 15th (flexible). No one else as of now is living in the town house, so you will have the entire place to yourself. Rent will be around $800 per month (debatable).
  Included in the town house is a laundry unit, full kitchen, Wifi, backyard porch, and you will also have your own parking spot.
  It’s about a 15 min walk to central Grounds and 8 min walk to the Corner.
