  Just found out my lease is longer than I thought. Due to graduation will be moving out a month before end of lease date. Is anyone interested in a sublet at ashtree apartments? My roommate may or may not stay, so looking for one or maybe 2 people for the month. June 14th- jul 18th (at noon). Rent is 630 for my room and does not include utilities. Unit has washer and dryer as well as an updated kitchen and use of the apartment pool. Located close to bus line and within walking distance to grounds and hospital. Would like to consider having you pay me my security deposit and having MSC switch my original deposit to you after moving out.

I will be working at a lab at UVA this summer for 8 weeks and I was wondering if your apartment is still available for sub-lease.
