  My roommate and I (both females) are currently second-years looking for a third roommate to move in for the fall 2020 semester and beyond! We live in Preston Square in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, so you would have your own room and bathroom on the bottom floor! Parking is a $50 flat fee, and rent is typically $677, not including utilites, which are usually an additional $50 or less (still less than Lambeth, lol). We are clean and friendly!
