I live at the Cambridge Square Apartments/Townhomes and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in mid-May or early June 2019 for the 2019-2020 year. Rent is $600 plus utilities. It has two floors, two bedrooms, and 1.5 baths, with a fenced in back patio. The apartment is nice, quiet, and close to the laundry rooms. Dishwasher and microwave included in the unit. The MSC clubhouse and fitness center (open 6am-11pm) is across the street. There is also a bus stop right across the street. There is also a pool on the Cambridge Square property.
