  Hello! I’m a 4th year undergrad looking for a single room within a walkable distance to UVA central grounds. Ideally the location is anywhere within the Wertland, JPA, or Corner area. If you are looking for a roommate or for someone to take over a lease, please let me know — you can drop a reply here or PM me at (571)-291-1367. I’m looking to sign and move ASAP, as my initial housing plan for this year fell through.
