Hello, I am graduate student in the school of Drama and looking to find a lease for next year, August 2017- May 2016. I am open to the possibilities, but would prefer laundry in the apartment, furnished bedroom, and my own bathroom. As I said, I am flexible.

I come with a lot of kitchen supplies and some furniture that I have made. I am very clean and tidy.

Not looking to spend more than $700 a month and no preference on gender. Would like to live with other students.
