  I’m 26 yo, working in research at UVA (postdoc), I will be in between apartment contracts during July. I’m looking for a place to stay for this time (june 30 to july 27). I think I am a calm and respectful roommate. Thanks!

  I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom light filled, lofted apartment. It is at 1821 Jefferson Park Ave, so it is walking distance to the hospital. The U-Loop and the free trolley also stop right in front of the building if you’re not up for a walk or the weather is bad! Cats are allowed, there is a washer and dryer in the building and it has the option to come partially furnished. The lease would be available June 6th, or just for July if that’s what you wanted. However, it is only available until July 21st, which I realize is a little shy of your date range. Just thought I would throw it out there as a back up for you, as I have not been able to find a sublessee yet! The apartment rents for 900/month, but I definitely prorate that, and be very willing to negotiate.
