  Hi Everyone! Jamie Schmauder, Jill Schmauder, and I are looking for a fourth roommate to live with us for the 2017-2018 school year! The lease would be from July 2017-July 2018 at 1021 Wertland Street. We have a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment, so you would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. We also have a kitchen area and living room area located downstairs, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, as well as a washer and dryer. The rent is ~$700 per month + utilities (water, electricity, internet) and parking is also available for $25 per month.
