Still looking for a room for the upcoming year? My two roommates and I are looking for a final roommate for our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at 1021 Wertland Street. The apartment has a spacious living and kitchen area along with plenty of storage space. Our location has great access to the Corner area of UVA and it is also located close to several other apartment complexes housing other UVA students.

We’d be willing to take a roommate for either the full academic year or just the semester depending on personal needs. Pricing will be around $650 per month.
