Hey everyone!

I need a place to live for one year May 2016 (June the latest) until May 2017. I will be a 4th year doctoral student doing a residency at UVA medical center. I either want to rent a room in someone’s place (with females roommates) or join fores with another student and live in a 2-bedroom at Cambridge or Oxford Hill or Ashtree (etc). I have a cat who is friendly with humans but not really with other animals.

I could also sublet someones place from May until July if that is an option for anyone?
