  I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease for the upcoming 2019-20 year (July-July). The location is 104 Kent Terrace, Charlottesville. The place looks very nice and clean, and it’s dog friendly with some utilities included! There is laundry in the building, and it’s in a quiet area.
