  My two other roommates and I need a fourth person to join our four bedroom lease for the 22-23 school year. We are three rising second-year girls. The lease begins on July 1 and is about $830 (+ utilities) a month. Our apartment is a two-story apartment on Wertland Street (right behind the corner) and has an in-unit washer and dryer as well as some other amenities. Please let me know if anyone is interested!
