-The apartment is a 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bath with full-size washer, dryer, and dish washer.
-Located on Madison Avenue/Grady Avenue (10-15 minutes walking to the Corner, UVA hospital, & Central Grounds. Less than 5 minutes to drive).
-Parking, Pool, and Club House (with Gym, lounge, and FREE printing room) are available for residents.
-2 Bus stops for Inner-Loop, Outer-Loop, and Nursing shuttle are also available right in front of the apartment.
-There is also a possibility that you can sublet as early as June 2016.
