Looking for two roommates to live in my apartment located off Madison Avenue. It’s a 15 minute walk to the corner, 15 to 20 minute walk to the hospital and on the Inner and Outer bus loop (a ride to the hospital on the inner loop takes about 5 minutes).

The apartment is fully furnished from the kitchen to common areas so bedroom furniture and bathroom gear are the only essentials. I own a fair amount of kitchen supplies and share things like pots/pans and coffee makers. There is a beautiful balcony, plenty of natural light, and spacious common areas. The apartment is on the first floor but built onto a hill so the balcony is approximately 6 feet above the ground. The lease runs from July 2020-July 2021, and would love to have either a young professional or graduate student.
