Hello! I’m looking for 2 roommates for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment at The Fred on Wertland St. It’s a five minute walk to the Corner. The apartment includes a washer/dryer in unit, 2 parking spots (with the option to purchase additional), all utilities except electricity and internet. I currently live here, and it’s a fantastic apartment! I would ideally like to find 2 more roommates to add on to the lease, but if that’s not possible I’m also looking for a lease takeover.
